Goddess Groove!

Goddess Groove is an open, safe, sacred and playful space in which women can enjoy movement, music and community while exploring their soul-expression. We'll open with a guided imagery meditation by special guest Dr. Barbara Cox (see www.DrCoxConsulting.com/) and follow with an open time of music, during which you can dance, move, meditate, do yoga, sing along or simply sit – whatever you'd like to do. The event will close with a gong bath meditation.

Reconnect with your body and your creativity
Move and integrate physical and emotional energy
Dance/move to inspiring music from many cultures and spiritual paths (and some pop tunes too!)
Enjoy community with other women in a fun, safe and sacred space

Teenage and adult women are welcome. The event will be in a yoga classroom, so be prepared to be barefoot or in socks and bring a towel or yoga mat for the meditations. The building and room is ADA accessible. There's plenty of parking next to the building and on the 2nd level. Please do not park in the bottom level of the parking garage.

Pia Lizana
For the last eighteen years, Pia has studied and practiced energy work such as Reiki (as a Reiki Master), Theta Healing and MariEL. She is also a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and has studied various forms of Eastern spirituality. Pia recently moved from New York to San Diego and is currently training as a Core Mastery Practitioner Intern. Her work focuses on supporting clients in bravely coming into their skill, talent and power. She is available for coaching, counseling and mentoring and can be reached at PiaHealing@gmail.com.

Beth Bolwerk
Beth is a singer, Reiki Master and Sacred Sound Therapist. Her studies in Reiki and world music in Seattle and San Francisco led her to delve deeper into the use of voice, music, and sound in healing. Now living back in her home town of San Diego, Beth teaches and practices Reiki and sound healing, sings for ceremonies, facilitates toning circles, and performs sound meditations and gong baths.
